We provide free sample for existed items, you just pay the shipping cost. For custom samples, please send us product pictures and dimensions, we will custom a mold for you and confirm the sample cost. Q3: what's the lead time for custom sample? 7-15 days for custom new sample with logo or design. Q4: What's your payment terms? we offer 100% TT in advance for sample, 30% deposit and balance paid before shipment for bulk. Q5: How to place order? 1. Send us a inquiry 2.
