FAQ Q1: What's your MOQ? A1: We can accept 1000pcs/colour at first trial order. Q2: Can I get samples? A2: Yes, of course. Please tell me your DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT account, we will sent the sample for you. Q3: How long is the sample lead time? A3: Around 2-3 days without logo printing. Around 7-10 woking days with customized logo printing. Q4: How long is the production lead time? A4：It's depend on your order quantity. Normally the lead time need 25-35 days. Q5: How many colors are available? A5：Customized, Any silicone colors are available by pantone code. Q6: Can I printing logo on the products? A6: Sure, customized logos are welcome and it can be as your requirement by silk printing or pad printing. Q7: What format of the file do you need if i want my own design? A7: AI, IGS ,STP and CDR is workable .We will make 3D drawing in UG ,PRO-E software . Q8: What is your payment terms? A8: Our normal payment terms is 100% by T/T for small order. For bulk order : 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipping.
