Q 1. I want to get some Free samples from your company, can I?A. Company policy that all customers must pay 2 times the sample fee and shipping costs, when you place an order, sample fee will be returned to you.
Q 2. What is the MOQ of your products?
A. The MOQ of our products is 1000 pcs for one model( same color, same size...).
Q 3. I'd like to Mix several models in one container?
A. Certainly. We recommend that you’d better select 2 or 3 models in one container (1X40HQ).
Q 4. We'd like to print our logo on the appliances. Can you make it?
A. Of course, we provide OEM service which including silkprint logo printing, gift box design and carton design.
Q 5. How about the Delivery time?
A. 35 - 45 days after the receipt of deposit and confirmation on all designs based of normal condition.
Q 6. Can I get Discount from buying your goods?
A. As everybody knows that the price depends on the quantity. We will automatically making discount to our regular customer.
Q 7. I'd like to know your Payment way?
A.30% in advance, 70% before shipment by T/T, Paypal, irrevocable L/C at sight and so on.
