FAQ 1 Q1:Can we get a sample for reference? Yes, 1-2 samples will be free but the expressed freight would be collected Q2:Do I need pay a deposit when the contract is done ? Yes, 30% deposit within 3 working days is required. Our delivery time is based on the data that your deposit is already on our account. Q3:Do you provide OEM services? Yes, it depends on your requests; your logo can be customized on the product. Q4:Packing and shipping? Normally inner is pp bag, outer with carton. Or it is packed as your requests. Q5: What is your payment terms? T/T, Trade Assurance, Western Union, Money Gram, Etc. Q6: How about the after-sales service? Just tell us the problems after receiving the products. then we will help you deal with it. Q7: What's the delivery date? Samples are 5-7 days and production is around 30 days. Q8: Do you have inspection procedure before shipping? Yes, we do 100% QC inspection before shipping.
