1. What is the warranty for the products? All our products have 6 months warranty. 2. Do you offer free samples? Yes. Free samples are available,but the shipping cost should be on the buy's side. 3.What should I provide to you for OEM projects? We need artwork at AI, PDF.IGS,STP etc to create e-proof base on your artwork within 1-2 days. 4:Can you provided free sample to us ? If you need our exist sample , then we can send you free sample by freight collect . if your need custom mold sample ,then we will charge the sample fee , it will be return after order placed , please contact customer service for more details. 5: Can you make custom design for us ? Yes ,we can make 3D drawing according to your ideas ,and give you professional advise if there is any part need to be changed .Products Certificate
